Makes 4 servings.. served with salad. Double or triple the recipe for a bigger group.

Ingredients

* 4 tablespoons butter
* 4 tablespoons flour
* 2.5 cups milk
* salt and pepper
* 1/4tsp dry mustard
* 2 cups macaroni
* 2 cups grated sharp cheddar
* sour bread crumbs

Procedure
